Marla Portra is a Realtor and Director of Marketing & Operations with Bev & Co. Realty, the #1 real estate team in Columbia, MO. Since joining the team in 2015, Marla has helped shape the systems, marketing strategy, and client experience that support Bev & Co.’s success. As the operational leader behind Bev & Co. Realty, Marla oversees day-to-day operations and marketing initiatives that keep the team running efficiently and consistently delivering a polished, professional experience. From transaction coordination to branding, digital marketing, and listing promotion, she plays a central role in how Bev & Co. Realty serves clients and presents homes in the Columbia, MO, real estate market. While her primary focus is directing operations and marketing, Marla also works with home buyers and home sellers to navigate the sale of homes, condos, townhomes, new construction, investment properties, and land throughout Columbia and Mid-Missouri. Her detail-driven approach, compassion, and strong communication help ensure our clients and agents stay organized and on track from contract to closing. Originally from upstate New York, Marla relocated to Missouri in 2006. Outside of real estate, Marla loves to garden, cook, hike, and ride Morgan and American Saddlebred show horses. She and her husband, Grant, are parents to two boys, Benjamin and Caleb.
