Who Are The Tates?

Marla grew up in upstate New York before relocating to Missouri in 2006. As Director of Marketing & Operations, she ensures that all aspects of our team run smoothly. Marla oversees our marketing and directs the buying and selling process from an accepted offer all the way to the closing table. In the world of real estate where precision is paramount, her second-to-none attention to detail creates a seamless process for our clients. Her compassion and professionalism ensure a 5-star experience for every one of our Bev & Co. clients. Outside of real estate, Marla loves to garden, cook, hike, and ride Morgan and American Saddlebred show horses. She and her husband Grant are parents to two boys, Benjamin and Caleb.
