A native of Tipton, Missouri, Dan has called Columbia home for more than 20 years and brings a strong background in finance, business development, and mortgage lending to every client relationship.

Before transitioning into real estate sales in 2019, Dan spent more than 15 years working in business development and mortgage lending, giving him a deep understanding of financing, negotiations, and the overall home buying and selling process. His analytical mindset and strategic approach help clients feel confident whether they are buying a home in Columbia, MO, or selling their Columbia property.

Known for his dynamic personality and strong negotiation skills, Dan works with clients across Columbia, MO real estate, including residential homes, condos, townhomes, new construction, investment properties, and land. His financial background allows him to help clients evaluate opportunities, understand market conditions, and make informed decisions from consultation to closing.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Central Missouri. Outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling with his family, cheering on his favorite sports teams, and spending time with his wife Becky and their two children, Nikolas and Emerson.
