Kenney Hubble

Kenney Hubble is the Designated Broker and a Realtor with Bev & Co. Realty, the #1 real estate team in Columbia, MO. A lifelong Boone County resident and Columbia College graduate, Kenney brings decades of hands-on experience helping buyers and sellers successfully navigate Columbia, MO real estate and the Mid-Missouri housing market.

Having spent his entire career in real estate, Kenney has worked across nearly every aspect of the industry, from serving as a managing broker to a Missouri Real Estate Commission Auditor, and now in his current role as a salesperson guiding clients through the buying and selling process. Known for his calm, educational approach, he helps clients make confident decisions whether to purchase a home, sell their Columbia property, or invest in Mid-Missouri real estate.

Kenney specializes in residential homes, condos, townhomes, new construction, investment properties, and land throughout Columbia and surrounding communities. His passion for educating clients ensures that every step of the transaction is clear, organized, and well supported from consultation to closing.

With long-term involvement in the real estate community, Kenney has served as a member of the Missouri REALTORS Board of Directors and President of the Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS, along with being recognized as REALTOR Broker of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, and a Mid-Missouri Board of REALTORS Joel Radman Award recipient. He is a Graduate of the Missouri Realtors Leadership Academy and the National Association of REALTORS Leadership Academy. Outside of real estate, Kenney and his wife Robin enjoy travel and volunteering as host parents and coordinators for international students, helping them experience the life and culture of Mid-Missouri.
