Krista Shouse-Jones

Krista Shouse-Jones is a Realtor with Bev & Co. Realty, the #1 real estate team in Columbia, MO, helping buyers and sellers navigate Columbia, MO real estate with confidence and clarity. Originally from western Missouri, Krista attended the University of Missouri and has proudly called Columbia home for more than 30 years, giving her strong local knowledge and a deep appreciation for the Mid-Missouri community.

Before beginning her real estate career, Krista served the Columbia community for more than two decades as a police officer. She met her husband and fellow Bev & Co. agent, Geoff, while attending the police academy, and together they built careers rooted in service and helping others. Her background in public safety developed strong communication skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach that now benefits her real estate clients.

Krista works with a wide range of buyers and sellers, from first-time homeowners to those preparing to sell their Columbia property. Known for her thoughtful guidance and steady presence, she helps clients stay organized and informed whether they are buying a home in Columbia, MO, or navigating the selling process across Mid-Missouri.

Outside of real estate, Krista enjoys reading, shopping, and traveling with Geoff. They share a love of theatre and are proud parents to their son, Konnar, and daughter, Karli.
