Lydia Books

Lydia Books is the Marketing Assistant at Bev & Co. Realty, the #1 real estate team in Columbia, MO. She joined the team in 2026 and plays an important behind-the-scenes role supporting the marketing and social media efforts that showcase homes across Columbia, MO, and Mid-Missouri.

As part of the marketing team, Lydia assists with content creation, social media management, and digital promotion strategies that highlight listings and strengthen the Bev & Co. Realty brand. From coordinating posts to supporting listing launches and online engagement, she ensures each property is presented consistently, creatively, and professionally across platforms. Her work contributes to the polished online presence clients expect from the team.

While Lydia works primarily behind the scenes, her creativity, organization, and attention to detail help keep marketing initiatives running smoothly and effectively.

Originally from Williamsburg, Missouri, Lydia has lived in Columbia for four years. She holds an Associate’s degree from Moberly Area Community College. Outside of real estate, she enjoys shopping and spending quality time with friends and family.
