Nicole Waldschlager is a Listing Coordinator and licensed Realtor with Bev & Co. Realty, the #1 real estate team in Columbia, MO. A Columbia resident for more than 17 years, Nicole has a family background in homebuilding and prior experience in the appraisal field, giving her a well-rounded understanding of home values, construction, and market preparation throughout Mid-Missouri real estate.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2016, Nicole has specialized in guiding sellers through the listing process and preparing homes for the market. From detailed property measurements and data collection to coordinating professional photography and ensuring listings are presented at their best, she plays a key role in how our homes are showcased across Columbia, MO real estate platforms.
